College can be exciting—but also overwhelming.

If you’re feeling anxious, burnt out, unmotivated, or unsure of how to manage everything on your plate, you’re not alone. I specialize in working with college students navigating the stress of academics, relationships, identity, and big life transitions. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, ADHD, depression, or past trauma, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore what’s going on, learn practical tools to feel more in control, and start to feel like yourself again.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and real—I meet you where you are and work with you to set goals that actually make sense for your life. Together, we’ll find strategies that fit you, whether that’s therapy, medication support, or both.

You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. Reach out if you’re ready to get started.
