Many young adults come to therapy during periods of transition—when questions about identity, direction, relationships, or emotional stability begin to feel more pressing. You may be capable and reflective, yet internally unsettled, anxious, or unsure how to make sense of what you’re experiencing.
Depression in young adulthood can show up as numbness, loss of motivation, or feeling disconnected from yourself or your life’s direction. Anxiety often appears as overthinking, comparison, or a persistent sense of uncertainty about choices and the future. Perfectionism may drive achievement while making it difficult to feel settled, confident, or at ease.
I offer a thoughtful, depth-oriented approach that integrates psychodynamic understanding and somatic awareness. Together, we explore emotional and relational patterns, attend to the body’s experience, and move at a pace that supports insight, integration, and a more grounded sense of self over time.
