West Wind Counseling

Counselor, MA, LPCC
Accepting clients Last Updated 0 days ago

I specialize in supporting teens, women, and LGBTQIA+ individuals navigating depression, anxiety, identity exploration, and trauma. In our first few sessions we will explore how you move through the world and establish goals for therapy together based on your unique experiences and strengths.

I offer both online and in-person sessions at West Wind Counseling.

I am trained in evidence based counseling practices, trauma-informed mindfulness, DBT, traumatology, and am working toward EMDR certification. I also use somatic based interventions and parts work in sessions.

Ask me about climbing therapy, which offers a unique way to explore how we navigate challenges, build resilience, and practice mindfulness!
